7 Reason of Not Losing Weight – Weight Loss Wednesday – 4

Weight loss is not a process that cannot happen over a night, it’s the result of continuous struggle as hard and tough input. You people spend your months on losing few extra pounds. But in case you feel you’re giving lot of time and effort to your weight loss process and not getting enough output, you've to check your activities, which you’re following in this process. There is a list of possibilities that might be the reason you are not losing weight.

1) Less Active
Are you less active? Are you Moving Frequently at a Slow Pace for three to five hours every week? Remember, the active routine should be the base of your fitness. If you're less active and burning lesser calories by working out than required, you'll not lose the desired weight.


2) Starvation
Are you starving yourself? Starving you in order to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time, this is absolutely not a healthy move in the long run. Such behavior can lead to serious disorders as well. You can feel light for the time being but it’s not a permanent weight loss idea. Not starving but eating healthy food is the solution.


3) Excess of Healthy Food
It’s the best idea to eat healthy food, but are you taking too much of healthy food? Taking 10/15 times small meals are not the idea to lose weight. Consult your nutritionist and get a help in perfect diet plan.


4) Stress
Stress can be a cause to gain weight and a hurdle in weight loss. It’s proven that emotional eating and carving for food increases in stress. This can be a possible reason of weight gain and maybe a reason that’s why your weight loss process is not happening.


5) Not Having Enough Sleep
If you are not having enough sleep in a day, it will because your harmonic disorder and stops or reduces the weight loss process. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours for healthy weight loss.


6) Lack of Willpower
Willpower is like a muscle. It must be used or it will power to reduce weight. You’ve also got to provide fuel for your will – little victories to start out. Make your mind that you want to lose weight and then set your willpower that you can do it. If you’re putting efforts and your mind is not accepting by showing no willpower, you’ll never be successful in losing your weight.


7) Dairy or Junk
If you’re putting too much effort for weight loss and taking dairy and junk, this will not let you lose any weight, rather it’ll ultimately let you towards weight gain. Stop consuming junk and dairy products and you'll feel a change very soon.
