10 Start-up-Dos - Weight Loss Wednesday - 2

Start-up Ideas for Weight Loss
Want to lose weight? Let’s join us on Weight Loss Wednesday on She Exists! In my last post I talked about the 5-Psychological Dos we can start with, that were Make up Your Mind, Motivate Yourself, Be Positive, Set Small Milestones, Make a Plan for You. Check complete post Here. Now when you’re done making up your mind, you can now work on your plans. So today I’ll talk about the start-up steps to cut some pounds down:

1) Check Scale Every Week
The first thing before even starting the efforts is to check the number on scale, I remember I , myself said that this number is not important but your self satisfaction and inner beauty is, but It’s important for the start of effort and keep the track of your progress. Make a habit to check the scale once in a week. Not more than once, it’s the best psychological trait to reduce your weight. 

2) Spare an Hour
In my last post I mentioned to make a plan for you, now act on that plan. Spare an hour only for you in your all hectic day and spend on your plan. It can be morning, evening or night time as suit to your routine. but keep in mind that NEVER change or let anyone interfere in that time.

3) Work on your Eating Habits
i. The first step towards weight loss process is to eat healthy when it comes about taking actions and putting efforts. Work on your eating habits.
ii. DO NOT STARVE, eat healthy but don’t take TOO MUCH HEALTHY FOOD.
iii. Eat less and healthy to fulfill the daily meal requirements. Take high protein and less carbohydrates food. 
iv. Don't eat in hurry, all food is yours. 
v. Avoid eating fried stuff and fast food; replace it with fruits, vegetable salads and high protein food. Avoid mayo and cheesy stuff as well.

4) See What you Drink
When it comes about drinks, nothing can ever compete water. It’s 0 calories drink, fulfill our hydrating requirements, keep our cholesterol in control and dissolve our fats into liquid. Take minimum 12-16 glass of water a day to reduce your weight. It’s good to keep a bottle with you all time. At start you’ll feel a bit heavy and stomach out but then you’ll start reducing fast.
It's better to take water and herbal teas instead of soft drinks, teas and coffee. 
Plus there’re other lots of benefits we can get from water, it helps us from shrinking our liver size and keep our skin moist and fresh. 

5) Walk an Hour
The effective way to reduce weight is the continuous and steady effort; daily walk is the best option for healthy weight loss. Fast walk with small paces is the best continuous effort which enhances your metabolism rate and very effective in weight loss effort.

6) Do Light Exercises
Exercises are the way to tire you up and burn some calories. Tire you with 30 minutes of yoga, aerobics or cardio and get more calories burn in one go. Warm-up with 5 to 10 minutes of cardio session and then you can go with aerobics and yoga.

7) Get More Active
Walking, cycling, stairs climbing, rope skipping, football and swimming or anything of your choice are the sports bases exercises and very helpful in weight loss efforts and keep you active. Be more activate and participant in different activities than staying lazy on couch and watching television with snacks and put on weight. Stay active and get more chances to reduce your pounds.

8) Keep a Food Dairy
Now when you’re putting too efforts, you should keep the nutritious you are taking in and the fitness efforts you are putting on and the goals you are following, in a small food diary. Write the calories you are taking in foods, glass of waters drinking. Calculate the efforts you are putting on and results you are getting out.

Things to Remember:
With all things I mentioned above, don’t forget to work on your psychological part in parallel. Don’t forget the things mentioned below.

9) Work Smart than Work Hard
It’s not important to work hard, it’s important to work smart. If you spend all your day in starving and working hard and still not getting same results, think that you’re doing something wrong. Correct your nutrition, fitness and other goals towards your success.

10) Keep the Positive Attitude Alive
If you are not getting desired results, don’t be panic, it’s not a one night show, and it takes continuous efforts, big passions and very positive attitude towards weight loss and you'll be healthy and reduced very soon.

5 Psychological-Dos - Weight Loss Wednesday - 1

Weight Loss is easy when you are ready for it
Every one of us wants to look smart and attractive but only few put efforts. There's no gain without pain, and this phrase best suits to the weight loss efforts. The more you put your efforts in, the more you’ll get the results out. So this is the first week of Weight Loss Wednesday on She Exists, and we are talking here 10 essential Psychological-Dos for Weight Loss process.

1) Make Up Your Mind
First thing ask yourself about your mind state, “Are you ready to take the challenge?” Honestly if you think you look great with your current figure, or you think you can’t ever reduce, YOU CAN’T EVER REDUCE IT. So the most important thing is to convince yourself psychologically for the challenge of weight reduction. Once you are ready, you’ll find energy for the further steps.

2) Motivate Yourself
Now when you believe you can do it, you can motivate you with many other things. Take it as a challenge and believe me or not your success will be the Life Time Achievement for you. You can motivate you with different thing like find a small size dress and work for it, or see you skinny neighbor, sister or friend and think to compete them. Self motivation is the biggest key to reduce weight.

3) Be Positive
Never think that you are going to lose all targeted weight in one week. Weight loss is a gradual process and it takes time. First few weeks are real hard for your body to accept the change whatever you are doing to reduce weight, and since you are not getting the desire results, you usually stop putting efforts. Plus the other positive attitude is required by forgetting about all bitches and negative thoughts around and focus on your own goal. The best action in this case is to keep your mind calm and think positive and keep in mind the time when you’ll be real thin at least as much as you ever wish for. 

4) Set Small Milestones
Now don’t think about reducing all in one go. Set small milestones for you. It would be easy and you’ll be happy on achieving one. Like even if you are planning to reduce 30 pounds but you’re very sure that you couldn’t do this, you should setup your mind to reduce 5 pounds first and get surprised on achieving this mile stone so fast. It will encourage you to reduce more.

5) Make a Plan for You
Last and the most worthwhile thing to reduce weight is to set a plan that suits best to you, it can be exercise plan, eating plan or a mind set-up plan. Never compromise your ease for the few pounds you are extra on you. I admit that efforts are required but never compromise with you working, eating, sleeping and relaxing habits.

These were Five Mind Exercises before starting your Weight Loss Plan. I started with these things in my first week, and believe me or not, if you are psychologically strong and determined to reduce your weight, no one can ever stop you by doing so.

Weight Loss is a Fun Process

Weight Loss Humor? Is it good to laugh at ourselves?

It’s different for everyone, but I saw people so worried about gaining weight and getting fat day by day. Depressing over the situation, starving and working hard for it and still NOT getting the value results. All these things leads to permanent stress and tension. They start hesitant towards things and avoid people around them. And I wonder is it good? For a moment, forget about this question, and laugh on this Weight Loss Jokes I'm sharing with you. 

And Remember It's good to laugh at ourselves ... So lets smile on some weight loss jokes. 

It’s important to remember that you aren't alone in your weight loss efforts, and sometimes when you’re struggling it’s good to see the “lighter” side of your problem. 

I was fat sometime back and to be honest, it's natural to Over-think about your own body when you're living with the state of mind that people think you're NOT SO PERFECT. I saw people laughing on my back on my fat ass and dumb structure, but I was helpless. But when I decided to forget about the negative energies around and work on me, no one could stop me, Not even my laziness. I lost 17 kg till now, seriously No Jokes 17 Kg in 6 months. I want to share my ideas and techniques with my awesome readers, and I'm starting it from next week, Every Wednesday. So from next week every Wednesday would be Weight Loss Wednesday on She Exists.

So make your Wednesday as a Fun day for looking slim and smart and don't forget that weight loss is only possible when you free yourself from stress and tensions. So take it as a fun activity and keep in mind what the image below is trying to say..

5 Ways to Make Him Respect You ..

Respect is the first brick on which your relationships stand. When the two respect each other they stay satisfy together but it's noticed many times that with time one of the partner loses respect for other. I'm not partial and biased but in 99% of cases it's found that a guy loses respect for his girl. So here is a guide for girl to make him to respect you, so that your relationship go steady and you stay happy together, Forever.

1. Respect Yourself
If you don't respect yourself (your thoughts, your dreams, your body, etc), how can you expect anyone else to?  No man will respect a woman who doesn't respect herself. So how do you respect yourself?  By liking yourself.  By knowing who you are and being true to that.  By having boundaries that you allow no man (or woman) to cross.  A woman who respects herself doesn't chase after men. She doesn't need someone else's acceptance in order to feel good about herself.  She believes in herself and holds out for relationships with people who also believe in her.  And she never ready for the relationship in which she knows she’ll be treated badly.

2. Assert Yourself 
You aren't the boss of him.  But you most certainly are the boss of yourself.  You determine the course of your life.  No one else!  And you absolutely have control over charting your direction.  Men respect women who have their own goals and opinions.  Adopt the attitude that “What you want in life..”. Men respect women who know what they want and have the strength to get it.

3. Maintain Yourself
You waited for the Mr. Perfect and He knows he’s not perfect, nobody is perfect but for sure he wants you to think that he’s perfect. Making sense? But making him the center of your universe puts way too much pressure on him and expect him to do everything for you, it’s almost impossible for a human being. Make your mind that he’s also a human and need some space, time and respect. Second, the fuller your life and the more comfortable you are with him, the more he'll respect you.

4. Control Yourself
One of the fundamental problems with relationships is that most men believe that 99.9% of women are (at least a little bit) crazy when they get upset or in anything. Men get irritate by this and makes more you upset after that. Try to keep the drama to a minimum.  If he's habitually upsetting you to the point you are having trouble controlling your emotions, you should probably assess whether or not he's the guy for you. 

5. Save Yourself
Life is not a fairy tale.  And, for most of us, the three letter word SEX is essential to our relationships.  But here's the deal when it comes to this essential and respect. It’s a proven fact that the faster you allow him to do EVERYTHING with you, the faster he'll lose respect for you. Judge him before doing everything with you and if he's not showing respect before you this, he's certainly not going to treat you with it afterwards.

How to Apply Lipstick
  • Start by applying lip balm for intense moisturizing and SPF protection.

  • Next, using a lipstick fill the entire lip area starting from the middle to the corners edges.

  • Rub your lips together to blend and blot of excess of color with a tissue.

How to Apply Lip Gloss

  • For extra shine apply lip gloss over lipstick or bare lips.

  • Apply only in the center of lips if you want natural looks.

15 Classic Cinemagraphs Collection

Jamie Beck, a fashion photographer from New York, created a series of animated GIFs she calls cinemagraphs and posted them on her ‘From Me To You‘ Tumblr.

Couple of them feature Canadian supermodel Coco Rocha, they’ve gained quite a bit of media exposure. According to Rocha, cinemagraphs are 
More than a photo, but not quite a video.
Cinemagraphs are like animated GIFs as far as the image format is concerned but a big difference is that, in a Cinemagraph, only a portion of a photograph is moving in an infinite loop while everything else is frozen. For instance, in the image embedded above, only the girl’s hair is moving slightly with the wind and the frames repeat after every few seconds.” You can also find a tutorial on how to make this kind of photography here, it’s quiet a simple process. Here are some favorite choosen by me.
